Consequences of the martial law for the Odesa region

On November 26, 2018, the Verkhovna Rada approved the Presidential Decree “On the introduction of martial law in Ukraine”.

In the new material for Yurydychna praktyka publishing the attorneys of AA “Jurline” Maxim Kapelist and Anastasia Nguien prepared a preliminary analysis of the legal consequences of martial law. It is obvious that the consequences will affect the business located on the territory of all 10 regions in which martial law was introduced, and in particular the Odesa region, on which territory the main port infrastructure of the country is located.
